The Devolution Party of Kenya (DPK) was founded as a solution to the missteps and failures of Devolution as rolled out in 2013. We believe that improper management, misuse and theft of public funds are the main reasons that devolution hasn’t benefited the people of Kenya as expected. Power was successfully devolved but resources and prosperity for ordinary Kenyans remain unrealized.
We believe strongly at DPK that Devolution holds the key to Kenya’s economic progress and individual prosperity for all Kenyans. We believe in empowering Kenyans and allowing them to create wealth through their hard work and ingenuity.
We want to put this country in order. We believe in the potential of Kenya. We believe Kenyans can end corruption and theft of public resources. A DPK government will embrace integrity and accountability as guiding principles.
